Editing SMS interactions

The procedure below describes how to edit SMS Interaction Settings.

To edit SMS Interaction Settings:

1.

Open the Chat Interaction Settings page (Configuration > Interaction Manager > Chat); the following appears:

Select the SMS interaction check box that you want to edit.

From the ‘Actions’ drop-down menu, choose Edit SMS Interaction Settings; the following appears:

Under the General tab, edit the fields you want to change.

5.

Select the Routing tab, and edit the field you want to change.

6.

Click Save Changes.
